How can I track my order?

What is your return policy for unused items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please visit our returns portal to initiate a claim and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Are Stanley products dishwasher safe?
Most of our modern Quenchers and tumblers are dishwasher safe; however, we recommend checking the bottom of your specific product for the dishwasher-safe icon to preserve the exterior finish.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to a wide range of global destinations. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
What does the Stanley Built for Lifeâ„¢ lifetime warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
How do I clean my straw and lid properly?
For a deep clean, remove the straw and silicone seal from the lid. Both can be soaked in warm, soapy water or placed in the utensil basket of your dishwasher.
