We want you to love your Stanley gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that customized products and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is well-protected for transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
